Members of the OWU community (current students, faculty, and staff)
Guests (non-members of the OWU community) and for Ohio Wesleyan employees’ personal event requests
If the information in your request is complete and the space is available, then you will receive a confirmation via email from the Calendar Coordinator.
If the information in your request is incomplete or the space you requested is not available, then you will be contacted for additional information required in order to complete your request.
Please allow a minimum of three working days for your request to be processed.

Hamilton-Williams Campus Center table reservations: Please stop into the Student Involvement Office (HWCC #143, first floor of HWCC) anytime Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. during the academic year when campus is open and reserve a table for your campus department, club, or organization on the clipboard located on the right (hanging on the wall) as you enter the office.
